The problem

Most initiatives are experienced as silence punctuated by slide decks. Status is assembled hours before the steering meeting, the guidance you give in that room lives in nobody's system, and scope changes surface months later as budget surprises. You end up sponsoring an outcome you cannot see into — and answering for it anyway.

How it runs

  1. 01 Charter, on the record

We run ideation and steering to a signed charter — scope, budget, target — held in a system of record. Any later change appears as a dated, attributed delta tied to the decision that authorized it. Scope creep is never silent.

  2. 02 Decisions become records

Every approval and every piece of steering guidance is captured with a name and a date — you respond with one tap from your inbox, no login, no new tool. "Did we already agree to this?" takes seconds, not archaeology.

  3. 03 Health you don't have to ask for

You receive a digest with a traffic light derived from gate timeliness and open decisions — computed from the actual state of the work, never set by hand. When something breaches, the exception reaches you without waiting for the next meeting.

  4. 04 Your words, kept

Guidance given at one touchpoint is echoed at the next, with what was done about it. The engagement closes with a complete decision history — durable evidence of how the initiative was actually governed.

What it costs

Priced per engagement and quoted as a program — never per seat, never per hour. Two ways in: found the initiative properly with a Charter Sprint, or run the whole thing on Essentials, where a six-month program comes to $45,000. Sponsors and steering members are your own executives and are always unlimited; the governance is identical either way. Running several initiatives at once is a portfolio engagement — ask.
