Know what they'd find — before they look.
A mock DOT compliance review, run the way an investigator runs one: your files, sampled by the record, audited against the regulation text, every finding on the record with your response beside it.

When this is your week.
A compliance review or new-entrant audit is on the calendar
Your insurance renewal is hardening and the underwriter wants the story

How it runs.
Rosters in
Four files start everything: who drives, what they drive, the accident register, and the roadside history — CSV templates provided, and the platform confirms exactly what it read before anything counts.
The draw
Every driver and unit with an OOS violation or recordable accident in the last 24 months is in the sample, uncapped. The rest is drawn randomly by a seeded, reproducible method — nobody hand-picks, and the methodology rides into the report.
The audit
Selected files are examined under the six safety-fitness factors — the same frame a compliance review rates you on — against our stored, versioned copy of 49 CFR, never anyone's memory of it.
The record
Findings land with evidence and severity; you accept or decline each one on the record, corrective actions carry owners and dates, and the Audit Readiness Report is yours to hand whoever asks next.
Founders engagements
Founders terms — the first five engagements.
- 1.The founders fee applies to the first five Audit Readiness Review engagements: $2,800 (fleets to 10 units), $4,400 (11–50), $6,800 (51–150), $10,000 (151–500); larger fleets quoted on the same terms.
- 2.One hundred percent of the fee paid credits against any Retained Advisory retainer commenced within sixty days of report delivery. Continue, and the review cost nothing; don't, and it was still the closest look at your files an investigator's method can give.
- 3.Five, because one advisor staffs five properly. When they are taken, the standard schedule stands — no extensions, no “final hours.”
- 4.These terms appear in your engagement letter exactly as written here — the Founders Terms Addendum is part of the published legal stack, like everything else we sign.
What you get.
- The sample list — exactly which driver and unit files, and why each was selected
- Findings with evidence, severity, and CSA BASIC exposure
- The Audit Readiness Report, organized by the six safety-fitness factors
- The document room — your files organized, with expiry tracking that keeps working after the engagement
- The retainer credit — half the fee within 30 days (founders engagements: the whole fee, 60 days)

For founders engagements, the whole fee credits against any Retained Advisory retainer commenced within 60 days of report delivery — continue, and the review cost you nothing. A materially elevated violation history grows the sample, and the quote with it, stated before work begins.
The review is advisory — not a compliance determination, and nobody can warrant what FMCSA will rate. What we warrant is that your files got the same style of examination first, with every finding and your answer to it on the record.
