Every engagement opens with the Safety Program Architecture Review — a fixed-fee diagnostic across thirteen domains, from DQ files and hours of service to consequence management and safety culture. Findings land on the record, each tied to the CSA exposure it carries.
02 The finding
We show you the pattern in your own numbers: loss concentration, driver risk distribution, the policy-to-practice gap. The finding first, then the evidence — and your answer goes on the record beside it.
03 The levers
A prioritized set of moves — re-tiering, coaching architecture, underwriter strategy — sequenced by loss impact, not by what's easiest. Corrective actions carry a name and a date, and the program's health is computed from whether they close.
04 The standard, held
Recurring advisory keeps the program under pressure between reviews, on-demand guidance is answered and kept, and the whole exchange exports as the Program Record — the document you hand an underwriter at renewal.
